What would R2 be without his iconic blue and white?

I prepared all surfaces with warm soapy water before sanding with fine grain wet/dry sand paper.

For blue panels I bought all the paints from Halfords and applied them in sequence, allowing time to dry per coat.  I sanded between the etch primer and layers of undercoat:

1. Etch Primer

2. Under Coat

3. Top Coat

4. Clear Coat

For white areas, I used Rustoleum Satin White over etch primer and Rustoleum undercoat.
