Reon Holoprojector Boards

I picked up a set of Glyn Harper's (Astromech Name: glynharper) Reon HP boards.  These come in a set of 3 (front, top and rear).  Each board is identical with regards hardware but a slight variance with regards the pre-installed coding to designate the HPs location on the dome. The boards also came with three 3d printed packing boards.  These boards are threaded to screw into the rear of the HP's and to attach the Reon board to.

Following Glyn's instructions (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/24096831/Holoprojector%20I2C%20Instructions.pdf) the boards are straight forward to assemble.  A few minutes of soldering per board and they are assembled.

'Helping Hands' are a necessary tool for all soldering work on the droid.

As this was my first piece to solder in many years, I made some mistakes.  I didn't apply enough solder to the connections.  Some have come loose.  I also didn't pay too much attention to having the pins straight.  I'll resolder some of the connections before installing in the holoprojectors.

A point to note is the speed in which Glyn ships his parts.  Same day dispatch after payment.  Glyn is great in responding to emails and updating his sales thread as well.  He is a model for how part runs should be done.  Well done Glyn.
